Why Sport Management Wednesday with Ayana Mallard-Smith!

As a student-athlete, Ayana has experienced sports from the competitor’s perspective. Through her internship in football operations and recruiting, she’s also gotten to see everything that happens behind the scenes to help a program succeed.
Now, she’s pursuing her Master’s in Sport Management to turn those experiences into a career in the sports industry. From the track to the front office, Ayana is showing that there are so many ways to make an impact in sports.
