🎭🩺 Making Connections Across Disciplines!

Our Theater students made meaningful connections between theater and health sciences in class today! Students explored how skills and concepts from theater can connect to real-world applications in health science, making learning engaging, relevant, and interdisciplinary.

At BCM Biotech Academy at Rusk, our students are soaring together through innovative learning! 🦅💙💛

Students used the information provided at their tables and the brain molds they created to answer questions analyzing the structures and characteristics of the brain. Students used a mixture that quickly hardened into either a cat or rabbit brain model. They were then asked to compare and contrast their brain model with their tablemates’ models, providing an engaging, hands-on opportunity to analyze similarities and differences between the brain structures.
