Move? Stay put? Can't decide?
You're not alone. Bank of America reports that people who once would have moved across town are renovating instead.
A new Trex survey of 2,000 U.S. homeowners backs that up: 74% plan to stay and renovate. Only 8% plan to move without making improvements first.
But staying doesn't mean standing still. You still want to protect — and grow — your home's value. And you want a house that works for your family right now.

A pop-up canopy? Perhaps not.
TCP Custom Outdoor Living built this Houston-area patio with tumbled pavers, real wood soffit boards pre-stained a warm nut-brown and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, ice maker, EVO flattop gas grill and Black Mist granite countertops. Mounted patio heaters make it a year-round space.

This beautiful new backyard has it all. A pool. A covered patio with retractable screens. A cozy dining area. The perfect place for family gatherings. www.tcpcustomoutdoor.com 281-265-1994
Whoever picked Aug. 31 as national clearly never lived in Houston, but here we are!
Here, dinner al fresco is best once the sun clocks out—string lights on, candles lit and the pool glowing beside you.
However, a great outdoor living space works for daylight hours, golden hour, blue hour and everything after.
At TCP Custom Outdoor Living, we design exclusively for the Greater Houston area. We also live here and use our patio year-round, so we know exactly what you need to create that perfect space for cooking and/or dining outside, and then perhaps follow it up with a dip in the pool?
