Peace & love, everyone! 🤍✨

Sharing a few moments from these past couple of weeks. It’s all been so beautiful from the Raw & Ripe Open Mic & Tour, to Sistar Circle, to our last Jam Session at Studio B. Every gathering has been a reminder of how powerful it is when we come together to create, connect, and just be.

We back at it tomorrow! 🎶

Pull up, bring your instrument, bring a friend, perform something you’ve been sitting on, jump in on the jam session, or just come catch a vibe. If you’ve been looking for a space to share, connect with other creatives, or simply be in good energy, this is your invitation.

See y’all tomorrow at Sacred House! ❤️✨

peace and love 🌿✨
happy 4/20🫶🏽

some of you know, some of you don’t…
but I’ve been working with sacred plant medicine since 2017🍄

learning it
healing through it
building relationship with it
respecting it as both practice and responsibility

this has never just been a trend for me
it’s been communal, intentional, and deeply personal

so to finally bring that energy into something physical…
feels right👁️

introducing
mova’s magick chocolates 🍫✨🍄

crafted with intention
made in small batches
infused with love, curiosity, and a little bit of that ethereal magic🪄

if you’ve ever sat with me
shared my teas
or been in a space where I’ve held the energy❤️

then you already know what time it is💯

and if you’re new here
welcome 🤍

we really getting into it this year✨

this is just the beginning
more offerings, more experiences, more magic on the way..but you can now grab up!! ⬆️ sitess upp🔥

you can explore everything through my page ✨
and follow .mylk to stay tapped in on drops + updates

stay tuned in 🌿

ps. this is a little unreleased sound I put together for this very moment…
should I drop the full track this year🔥!?

Happy New Moon in Aries ♈️ Yall be safe out there🙂

I think I’m finally understanding my ministry ✨

Sound has been healing me in ways I can’t fully explain. The crystal bowls, the tones I sing and let move through me… it quiets my mind, calms my nervous system, and brings me back to myself.🤍

It doesn’t just heal me, it flows out and touches everyone around me who receives it. So I give thanks for that.🙏🏽

And to make the journey even better, I’ve also been creating my own plant-based medicine… my mini Mother Magick chocolates 🍫✨🍄

They’ve been such a powerful addition for me. Whether it’s grounding my mornings, opening me up creatively, adding to my nature experiences, or just replacing alcohol while still enjoying the moment.🌼

I’m creating intentional experiences.🫶🏽

And now I’m bringing both worlds together.🍄❤️

You can expect:
✨ sound healing journeys
✨ intentional chocolate experiences
✨ and very soon, offerings you can order for your own personal rituals

I’ll also have some 4/20 specials this week for H-town🥰

Who would be interested in experiencing both?
