Mindful May was a reminder that mental health and safety go hand in hand. Throughout the month, took small but meaningful steps to pause, reset and support one another. When we stay focused and present - strengthen how we collaborate, engage and commit to how we work - we make safer decisions and live our All for One culture every day. That is how we support GoalZERO and keep moving Excellence Forward.

Making connections that matter. TPC Group sponsored the GHWCC International Conference for Women to support leadership and growth, with employees showing up and turning new ideas into action that drives progress across the business.

Mental health is a factor in every aspect of life. Mental Health Awareness Month brings an often-difficult topic for some to the forefront and provides a good opportunity to talk about something that matters everyday through the year. The more we can make mental health a part of regular conversations, the easier it becomes to consider our own and support the people around us.
