🧄 Silver Rose Softneck Garlic
A beautiful softneck variety with creamy white skin and a lovely rosy blush. Mild, smooth flavor with good keeping quality. Softneck garlic is also great for braiding!
🧄 Earl Italian Purple Softneck Garlic
A flavorful Italian-type garlic with attractive purple striping. Known for its rich garlic flavor and excellent keeping ability. A great choice for the kitchen garden!
🧄 Nootka Rose Softneck Garlic
A beautiful heirloom variety with white bulbs and rosy-purple cloves. It has a rich, full flavor without being overly hot and is an excellent keeper.
🧅 Shallot Onions
Shallots produce clusters of small bulbs and have a delicious, mild, slightly sweet flavor. Wonderful for sauces, dressings, roasting, and gourmet cooking!
🧅 Yellow Onion Sets
A classic garden favorite! Yellow onions have a strong, savory flavor and are incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Great for cooking, soups, stews, and storage.
🧅 Red Onion Sets
These produce beautiful red-purple onions with a crisp texture and distinctive flavor. Excellent fresh in salads, sandwiches, salsas, pickling, and more.
🧅 Super Sweet Onion Sets
For those who love a milder onion, these are a great choice! They develop large, sweet onions that are especially delicious fresh, grilled, or sliced for salads and sandwiches.
