The reasons aren't mysterious — it comes down to where it sits, what it costs and what's happening around it. The Spring Branch Management District was created by the Texas Legislature in 2003 to provide supplemental programs and public services related to mobility, safety, urban design, and economic development. We enhance commerce, public safety, public health, commercial corridor upkeep and other qualities of life in the District. Today, the district is taking action on many fronts to create a safer, cleaner, and more prosperous community for those who live and work here.

For the family behind Sesame Hut, Spring Branch has always been home. What began with the family’s restaurant roots in Houston in the 1970s eventually led to the Sesame Hut so many longtime customers remember from Northwest Mall.

The Summer’s End Fest at MarqE Entertainment Center brought the community together for an afternoon filled with family fun, entertainment, and plenty of memorable moments. From activities and games to local vendors and live entertainment, it was a great way to close out the summer season! 🎶🫧

Giancarlo stepped in to help manage Mi Bella Honduras when his parents needed additional support, bringing new ideas while protecting the foundation they worked so hard to build.
Now, the family is exploring what could come next. While customers have encouraged them to expand, Giancarlo believes growth should happen thoughtfully, making sure the original restaurant continues receiving the care and attention that made it successful.
