We're pleased to share that Christian Coleman has taken on a new role as Safety Manager! Over his 12 years with USAL, Christian has held a variety of roles across operations and project management in Shreveport, Princeton, and Houston. Most recently, he served as project manager, leading improvement initiatives across the organization and earning his Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

In his new role, Christian will bring his broad operational experience and continuous improvement mindset to supporting USAL's commitment to safe operations. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with family, reading, and keeping up with new technology.

Hot off the assembly floor in Gainesville, GA, we're excited to see another Innovation unit take shape! Cottrell Trailers is putting the finishing touches on fabrication and will soon attach the trailer to this Western Star sleeper. We appreciate our partners for helping us navigate this important evaluation project! 🚚✨️

Our red Innovation fleet is all about testing what’s next, especially when it comes to safety. We’re currently evaluating digital camera monitoring technology that replaces traditional side mirrors with cameras and in-cab displays, giving drivers greater visibility around the truck and helping reduce blind spots.

It’s one more way we’re exploring technology designed to help keep our drivers—and everyone sharing the road with them—safer. 👀 🚚

USAL is proud to recognize Quontwais "Q" Hudson on his recent promotion to terminal supervisor, supporting our Georgia operations. An Atlanta native and proud father, Q is a dedicated UGA football fan who enjoys spending time at the beach, jet skiing, horseback riding, live music, and a good comedy show. He's currently adding golf to his list of hobbies! Please join us in congratulating Q and wishing him success in his new role!

Well, we've received several requests for a side-view photo of one of our red Innovation units. The first transport of our seven-truck Innovation Fleet is *this close* to being complete! Our Operations and Safety teams wrapped up a test load last week in Atlanta. We humbly appreciate all of our manufacturer partners for their efforts in helping us navigate this project! More pics are coming soon. 🚚✨
