Over the past 2.5 years with USAL, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to excellence. With nearly 16 years of carhauling experience, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the Houston team. When he's not on the road, his five daughters keep him "rippin' and runnin'!" In his free time, he loves exploring new places with his family, riding his motorcycle and restoring classic cars. Congrats, Harvie! 👏👏

The orange vest bonfire was lit last Thursday as a new group of auto transport professionals hit the highways!

Kamari Collum, Charles Kindley, Desrita King, Josue Moreno, Gene Morgan, Jimmy Norwood, Luis Ramos, Gerardo Santamaria, James Sherer, Juan Vazquez, and Darron Williams graduated with honors from our Training Extension Program.

We wish them the best on their careers at USAL. Well done, everyone!

USAL is proud to recognize Minniefield Mooney on his recent promotion to Terminal Supervisor. "Mooney" brings over 20 years of experience in the trucking industry, including 12 years in carhauling, and has been a valued member of the USAL team for the past six years. He began his career with USAL as a driver and has steadily advanced through roles including lead driver and yard coordinator. Congrats, Mooney!

Congratulations to Marty Alldread for being named Most Valuable Hauler for the 2025 performance year! Marty's accomplishment is based on a thorough data-driven analysis of productivity, safety, and quality metrics—all areas where Marty continues to set the standard for outstanding performance. In his somewhat brief three-year tenure at USAL, Marty's hard work shines through in every load he hauls and every mile he drives. His consistency, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job the right way have made a big impact on our Tupelo operations.

Beyond carhauling, Marty is a self-professed family man who spends time each winter pursuing his passion for bowhunting. Raised in Memphis and a resident of Hernando, MS, Marty's "why" is rooted in his love for his family, especially his two daughters, who attend Ole Miss.

We're proud to celebrate Marty for this well-earned achievement and grateful to have him on the team!

We’re proud to recognize our teammates who represented us in The Friedkin Group's enterprise-wide Hackathon! Our team took 1st place with their project, "Claims to Cash," which consolidated claims cost visibility, payment tracking, and carrier performance into a dynamic BI dashboard. The tool gives other teammates the ability to better manage financial risk, improve cash flow, and strengthen carrier partnerships. A big congratulations to (l-r) Greg Saladino, Duane Balentine, Christian Coleman, and Anastacia Castro for demonstrating the power of data-driven decision-making! 🏆💯📈
