Honor Humanity

Honor Humanity sits at the epicenter of combatting food apartheid, ending hunger, educating communities about how to grow food.
We are committed to physical and mental wellness as well as rebuilding communities that experience sudden loss or tragedy. Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas Gulf Coast area, dropping an unprecedented 1 trillion tons of water in 3 days, causing untold damage. Many lost their homes and possessions, while some lost their lives. But out of the darkness shone the light of many who stepped in with aide. We want to honor these first responders and the organizations they represent while raising money to help them continue the work they are doing.

It’s , and I ask that you consider donating to our org. For the past 5 years, we’ve been in the community supporting families in need, kids looking for inspiration, and other non-profit orgs. We’re now building community gardens in Houston, and could use funding to realize our vision for Acres Homes. Click the link below to make your donation or use Cashapp. Thanks! Visit honorhumanity.org to see all that we’ve done and learn more about what we’re focused on for the future.

For World Food Day, the community came out to help us build our first garden box! That Texas sun is no joke, but we pushed through, planting vegetables in the big box, and edible plants in the smaller boxes. Thank you to Prairie View A&M for partnering with us on the garden. When Tiffani Janelle shared her vision for giving back to her community, I was all onboard, because it’s important to eliminate food deserts everywhere. Acres Homes has so much potential, and we will be there to help her realize it. Finally, thank you to everyone who donated their time, energy and/or money to this project. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we are grateful you believe in our causes and you believe in us. Go to honor humanity.org to learn more about who we are and what we do.
