What does 150 CFM of compressed air waste look like?

After identifying leaks during a compressed air survey, our team returned to repair 75 leaks across a Massachusetts manufacturing facility.

The result: about 150 CFM of reduced compressed-air demand, enough to take an entire compressor offline and help the client avoid purchasing a new one.

Leaks rarely happen all at once. Worn seals, aging components, and loose connections add up over time.

Sometimes efficiency starts with new equipment. Sometimes it's a pile of old parts after a productive afternoon.
