It is with heavy hearts, we share the passing of one of our very own, Reginald Starks.
Reginald was a rising sophomore trombonist, originally from Jonesboro, Georgia.
His presence within the Ocean of Soul and the TSU community will be deeply missed and forever remembered. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, classmates, bandmates, and all who are grieving this loss. Our collective thoughts and prayers are with you.
