Art, dodgeball, and lots of fun. Here's a recap of a great day with our Children’s Ministry!

Join us for a hands-on summer art experience exploring Gelli printing and creative collage techniques! Artist Connie Turvey will teach Gelli printing, and Julie Ranna will teach collage techniques.

Participants will need to purchase the books and bring their own art supplies. IAM will provide papers and a selection of collage materials for shared use. These sessions will be hands-on, so please dress comfortably for creating art or bring a covering to protect your clothing.

Thursdays, Jul 9–Aug 6, 10 a.m.–noon in the Choir Room.

YOUNG ADULT OUTREACH NIGHT: Join us for Outreach Night at the ballpark, a chance for young adult singles to connect and enjoy a Sugar Land Space Cowboys game together. On June 23, our Pursuit and Thrive Ministry will leave UBC at 4 p.m. and head to Constellation Field for an evening focused on building friendships and welcoming new faces. Please be praying for the Beaver family as they prepare to return to ministry in the Philippines.

The Beavers have been longtime UBC mission partners, serving through their ministry, Worship on Wheels, which brings Vacation Bible School and the gospel to island churches that would otherwise be unable to host VBS.

As they travel from Illinois and eventually back to the Philippines, taking many of our VBS supplies with them, pray for safe travels, fruitful ministry, and that many lives would be impacted by the good news of Jesus.

We’re thankful for this gospel partnership and the opportunity to support their work.
