🚨 Immigration Alert: DHS D/S Rule Put on Hold!

A federal court has issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking DHS's new rule that would have replaced the longstanding "Duration of Status" (D/S) framework for F-1 students, J-1 exchange visitors, and I visa journalists with fixed admission periods.

✅ For now, the current D/S framework remains in place.

Foster LLP is closely monitoring developments and will continue to provide timely updates and practical guidance as this litigation moves forward.
