The Greenhouse Road/Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Underpass Project is officially moving forward, creating a long-awaited connection between Greenhouse Road, US 290 and Skinner Road. This major infrastructure investment will help improve traffic flow, enhance emergency access, add pedestrian and bike pathways and reduce delays caused by train crossings. Construction is expected to continue through 2029, delivering long-term mobility and safety benefits for residents and businesses across the area.
EHRA Engineering is excited to be a partner in this monumental transportation project in Harris County.

Dalton Kennedy and Randal Kingery, RPLS, from EHRA Engineering's Surveying and Mapping Team, had the opportunity to assist with the construction staking portion of the 2026 Texas A&M Survey Camp. Dalton and Randal worked with students on reading engineering plans and performed field staking for utilities, pavement, grade stakes and boundary corners.
