There are moments when a community’s pain becomes something we all carry. 🩵
The MV Barima tragedy left families grieving, lives changed forever and a country mourning alongside them. While nothing can undo that loss or take away the weight these families continue to carry, there is meaning in simply showing up for people when life has changed in ways they never expected.
Our Guyana team came together with contributions to prepare hampers for families affected by the tragedy. Each was packed with care and with the hope that, in the midst of an incredibly difficult time, these families could feel the support of the community around them.
To everyone on our Guyana team who contributed, the Private Sector Commission of Guyana and Women’s Chamber, thank you for choosing compassion and for showing up when it mattered. 🤝🏽

The hardest battles are often the ones no one can see. 💛
For World Su***de Prevention Day, our teams showed up in yellow as a reminder that behind the smiles, the meetings and the everyday routines, people can be carrying things we may never see.
A check-in can matter. A conversation can matter. Simply making someone feel seen can matter. Sometimes, the smallest gesture of care can stay with someone longer than we realise.
Today was about creating space for empathy, support and the reminder that reaching out should never feel like a burden. It was also a reminder to look beyond the surface, listen a little closer and make time for the people around us. 💛

More than 1,000 students. That’s the goal we came together to reach. 🎒💙
Our Back to School Drive brought our departments together around the message Equip the Future, with teams collecting and donating school supplies to help us reach even more children and families.
Every contribution represented something bigger than the item itself. A notebook became one less thing for a parent to buy and a pencil became one more tool a child could carry into the classroom. 📚✏️
This drive was strengthened by our partners, but also by the people within our company who saw the need and chose to contribute.
To our teams and our partners, thank you for coming together to help make the start of the school year a little lighter for families who need it. 🤝🏽💙💛
Some families are entering this school year carrying more uncertainty than they expected. 💙
