FAQs
Q: Are you locally owned? A: Yes — Dogs R Dogs has been independently, woman-owned and operated in Upper Kirby since 2011. The owners are Inner Loop locals who know the neighborhood and know their clients' dogs by name. Q: How are you different from Dogtopia or other chain daycares? A: We're independent, which means we're relationship-driven rather than process-driven. No rigid corporate policies, transparent flat-rate pricing with no surprise add-on fees, and a staff that gets to know your dog personally. Q: Do you accept intact (non-neutered) dogs? A: Yes — unlike many facilities in Houston, we welcome intact males and unspayed females. As an independent daycare, we make decisions based on individual dogs, not blanket corporate rules. A: No size limits. Big dogs, small dogs — all welcome. Q: What does boarding include? A: Boarding includes a full day of daycare. Your dog plays all day and sleeps comfortably overnight with an on-site kennel technician. Q: How long have you been open? A: Since 2011 — over 14 years serving Upper Kirby, Montrose, and River Oaks dog owners.

One of the best parts of daycare? The friends they make along the way. 🐾
Dogs R Dogs gives pups a place to socialize, play, and build positive experiences with other dogs—all while being supervised by our team.
Because a great day can be even better with good friends by your side.

No fancy shoes required. Four paws will do. 🐾🪩
At Dogs R Dogs, our Ballroom gives pups a unique space to move, play, and enjoy their day.
Because when your daycare has a Ballroom, you might as well let them show off those moves!
Ready to let your dog join the fun?

Some things are worth keeping the same. 🐾
This review was shared by a Dogs R Dogs family back in 2017—and nearly a decade later, the heart behind it still feels familiar: caring people, happy dogs, and a place where pups can have a great time.
Thank you to every family who has trusted us with their dogs through the years. 🤍
