Here are some drills you can do on your own if you are a Defensive Back!
Obviously it’s better if you have someone watching you and giving you the break so you can react!
But if you don’t have a trainer, like I don’t, that can’t be an excuse of why you aren’t getting the reps in!
You have to get your body used to the movements; back pedaling, break and driving, hip flipping, and running!
Don’t miss out on reps just because you don’t have a trainer or a coach telling you what to do all the time!

I like trying things that are challenging! I played WR in high school but I was just athletic and fast! These WRs these days even in HS are far more advanced! So as I’m training WRs and DBs I like to learn to do the drills movements and routes to be able to teach it better to WRs and also explain and show DBs how they’re going to get attacked!
There’s a lot I can do better for sure but overall I just love moving and learning!

Did my old conditioning test yesterday idk if it’s still the same thing at Ohio state but I stilll got it 😌🏝️
