From the Boba Fett costume to the final details. 🛠️🔥
After recreating the "Boba Fett costume", we also wanted to complete the look by replicating the iconic Boba Fett gaiters.
Every detail matters when it comes to a screen-inspired costume from the shape and structure to the stitching, closures, materials, and overall finish. We focused on recreating the gaiters with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into the rest of the Boba Fett build.
This is more than just an accessory — it’s another piece of the character brought to life. 🦾

Every costume starts with research, testing, development, and a lot of work behind the scenes.
For this Alien: Ripley Flight Suit, we went through the details step by step studying references, developing the design, refining every part, and putting in the hours to bring it as close to the original as possible.
The final result may look effortless… but there’s a lot of effort behind it. 🛠️
