Here's what you're getting: a half-pound patty we grind in-house from short rib, brisket and sirloin. Three cuts, one reason it tastes like more than a burger. Grilled hard, so the outside gets a real crust and the inside stays juicy. Melted American, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion and all the fixin's. On the side, hand-cut double fried Kennebecs. Real potatoes, hand cut, fried crisp.
