Preventive Pest Control Houston

This is what happens when termites get a little too comfortable.

Hidden away, feeding on the wood and causing damage that can go unnoticed for a long time.

Don’t wait until the damage gives them away.

This little termite tube tells us a whole lot. 👀

Where they’re coming from. Where they’ve been. And, most importantly, where we want them to keep coming back.

Instead of disturbing the activity, Jeremy shows exactly how we use the Sentricon bait system to work with the termites’ natural behavior and target the colony.

Sometimes the best move is knowing exactly what not to disturb.

Six days later… and this is exactly what we wanted to see.

When Jeremy first visited this property, tawny crazy ants had completely taken over. We’re talking thousands and thousands of ants throughout the property, running up trees and nesting across the yard.

After treatment, Jeremy came back to check the progress and the difference speaks for itself. No ants in the areas that were previously covered with them.
The termites are a different story.

They’re still active, which is expected at this stage, so we’ll continue monitoring the bait stations as they do their job.

Pest control isn’t always one visit and done. It’s knowing what you’re dealing with, having a plan, and following through.

That’s the Preventive difference.

When they say they want a pest control company with “more experience”… we’re not sure how much more they’re looking for. 😂

Jeremy’s been booked and busy for a VERY long time.
Almost 25 years of experience… give or take a few thousand.

Red Gatorade for the termites? Yep.

They may have been here for a while, but their days are officially numbered. Jeremy and the team are getting the bait in place, then coming back in 4–6 weeks to make sure everything is right on track.

Termites first. Repairs next. 🏠

There’s hitting your goal… and then there’s already working on next month. 😂👏

Jacob may be one of the newer guys on the team, but he’s already making his mark. So Jeremy made a little surprise visit to make sure he knew his hard work wasn’t going unnoticed.

Around here, good work deserves to be recognized. 💪
