Great client’s, Great transaction! They hired me after 111 days on the market under faulty leadership and after three weeks of great traffic in private showings and open houses, it was sold! They couldn’t be happier to have the money to put down on their new home!

No, a meteorite didn’t blow through my roof! That wouldn’t explain all the wood laying on top of it! But a very determined and strong animal clawing to get in does make sense, evidenced by animal fur on the wood it had to squeeze past. More evidence of a big hole in my soffit vent points to its departure the next evening when it found it, it’s entry hole blocked by nailed on heavy gauge wire mash I nailed over it. It’s gonna rain today so I needed to cover the hole with two layers of 15 pound underlayment roofing felt.
