Grow Violet

🌿 Important announcement for our customers! 🌿

We have three major shows coming up: in Houston, Dallas, and Houston again (AVSA)! 🌸

We are currently busy preparing for these events, so we are temporarily suspending plant shipments by mail from October 7 to November 10.

📦 The last shipments before this break will go out on October 5 and 6!

If you’ve been eyeing our violets and wanting to place an order, now is the perfect time. 💜 Don’t wait—no shipments will be made between October 6 and November.

After the shows conclude, we’ll be updating our collection and our online store’s inventory.

🌸 Stay tuned for updates after November 10—we have plenty of stunning new varieties ready for you!

Thank you for your understanding, support, and love for our plants. 💚
See you at the shows!

💜 Three little treasures in my collection

236 — Hunter’s Purple Rain
238 — Hunter’s Sweet Dream
239 — Hunter’s Ulysses

I acquired these semi-miniature varieties at an auction during the AVSA convention. I admit, I really wanted to add them to my collection—especially *Hunter’s Ulysses*.

I was incredibly lucky: the hybridizer,
Ken Muzalewski (Hunter's Hybrids ), shared these wonderful varieties by putting them up for auction, and now they are growing in my home.
When they bloomed again, I was absolutely delighted!
Neat rosettes and sturdy flower stalks, covered in a cloud of delicate blossoms with a fantasy pattern—I simply adore them. 🌸
Ken, thank you so much for the opportunity to appreciate the results of your work firsthand and for having these varieties in my collection now. I am deeply grateful for these little masterpieces!
Behind every beautiful variety lies the talent, knowledge, years of hard work, and immense patience of the hybridizer.
And when you hold a plant in your hands that was once someone’s idea and dream, you truly appreciate the chance to grow it yourself.
Thank you for your talent and the tremendous effort poured into creating each of these varieties! 💜🌿

💚There was plenty of work ahead: one had to pick up each violet rosette, adjust the leaves, and then help the flower stalks push through the gaps between them.
🌱And then came the long-awaited moment when the flowers began to bloom—day after day.💜

062 EK-Blue Blood (ЕК-Голубая Кровь)

This variety has been around for at least 15 years, yet it remains relevant and in high demand; this season, all the young plants were snapped up back in the spring.
EK-Blue Blood features semi-double blue flowers with a white edge and reddish veining on the undersides of the petals. The foliage ranges from medium to dark green; the rosette grows quite upright at first, but the leaves spread out as the plant matures. It is a standard-sized variety. The flower stalks are sturdy—though, in my opinion, the plant thrives best on a windowsill with natural light—yet sometimes they may not stand perfectly upright under the weight of the blossoms. The variety consistently forms a beautiful, lush "cap" of flowers. It is one of my personal favorites—a plant I have never wanted to part with.

004 AV-Mutual Feelings (АВ-Взаимные Чувства)

Today, this order and many others are being shipped to their new owners. Safe travels!
