In November 2013, Yolanda Ford founded Miracles R Real Outreach, a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit built on a simple mission: to Love, Empower, and Liberate. What began as her vision of a place where people could come and feel supported has grown into an organization that has touched thousands of lives across Harris County. For more than a decade, Miracles R Real has met people at their point of need, bringing warmth to neighbors experiencing homelessness, dignity to seniors, second chances to those rebuilding their lives, and opportunity to the next generation of leaders. Powered by volunteers, donors, and Yolanda's belief that every life matters, Miracles R Real continues to prove that hope is real for families throughout the greater Houston community.
These past few years, Adwebvertising has had the honor of working to expand the reach and capabilities of Miracles R Real Outreach. Today marked our final on-site HCC job fair for the semester, but the work continues! We are still conducting in-person interviews as we prepare to welcome new students into our Workforce Empowerment & Internship Program.
A huge THANK YOU to Ava and Ingrid, our amazing MRRO volunteers, who stepped in while our Workforce students were in class. You represented MRRO with professionalism, excellence, and heart while interviewing prospective students. ❤️👏🏽

Today, we celebrate Cassandra and the completion of her journey through our Second Chance 360 Adult Program.
What makes today even more meaningful? She spent part of her final day giving back, preparing gifts that will bless seniors in our community. That’s what a second chance is about—growth, purpose, and moving forward.
