Want to get your marathon fix without, you know, actually running 26.2 miles? 🏃‍♀️😂 VOLUNTEERING is the answer! You'll still have to wake up at the crack of dawn, BUT you'll get a front-row seat to the action, and still have time for avocado toast afterwards 🍞!
Be amazed by those crazy-fast elite runners, cheer on your pals (and strangers, let's be real), and score a FREE tee! 👕
If you're down to join the party in Sector Two (the best one, obvi) on January 17th, click the link and sign up already! https://houstonmarathoncommittee.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer/?id=114375&job_name=Course%20Marshal%3A%20Sector%202&job_password=FFPRunClub

Not a bad evening, no rain, and there was a slight breeze!
Jim's 300th run (no shirt)
Derek earned his 100 run shirt
Dale earned his 10 run shirt, Woo Hoo!
and we welcomed Nicolette to the run club, now our youngest member!
See ya next week!

It's the last day of September, come celebrate with a 5K!!
Remember to bring your lights, it's getting dark earlier, and we don't want to lose anyone along the route 😁

Check-in starts at 6:45, Group run at 7:00, $2 off cold b**r afterwards

There was a small hint of fall on the run tonight! We’ve heard next week’s weather looks promising, but don’t put away your summer gear yet 🤣🤣

A few stragglers didn’t make the group pic, and a few runners left early, but our favorite doggos showed up!! We promise we had a bigger group 😂

The calendar says Fall began yesterday, Houston weather says "nah, we still doing Summer"!!

Bring your lights and a towel, because we're still going to be sweating but this time in the semi-darkness.

Check-in starts at 6:45, Group run at 7:00, $2 off well deserved cold b**rs afterwards

Still Warm! Bah!
Jim ran from Buffalo!

Still waiting on the cool weather to show up.
In the meantime, come join us for a warm run/walk/jog around the bayou/neighborhood and enjoy some cold b**rs on the patio afterwards.

Check-in starts at 6:45, Group run at 7:00
$2 off the aforementioned b**rs when you get back
