Enjoy a scenic, non-competitive 20-mile round-trip ride from Hermann Park's Bayou Parkland along the Bayou Greenway Trail to Mason Park near the Port of Houston. With turn-around and post-ride celebrations, it's the perfect trip for cyclists of all skill levels!

🏃 Run in the Park – Saturday, November 14
Run or walk through Hermann Park while supporting its conservation. Choose from a 5K, 10K, or 1K kids' route, then celebrate at the post-run party featuring food, drinks, music, and more!

Spend your morning giving back in the McGovern Centennial Gardens! Join our weekly volunteers for light gardening, weeding, and general upkeep. No experience necessary, all ages welcome, but registration is required.

🌸 Thursday, August 6 | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Spend the morning in the Japanese Garden and assist our team with gardening, weeding, and beautification projects. All skill levels are welcome, and registration is required.

Join us for a peaceful morning with a free Sound Bath led by Daemein Smith of Prioritizing Peace. Hosted in the Commons, this immersive meditation experience uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation and mindfulness.

Step into the rhythm with a free Zumba class with Tiny Fitness on the Tsuru Family Terrace in the Commons.

What a memorable summer it's been! 🌟⚽ Thank you to everyone who joined us for Kicking It at Hermann Park, presented by ExxonMobil, and helped make this celebration so special.

Over the past several weeks, we welcomed our Houston community and visitors from around the world for live music, cultural performances, Moonlight Movie Nights (Goya Foods), wellness experiences, eco-friendly activities, soccer programming, garden tours, family fun, and so much more. From dancing and drumming to karaoke, art projects, and shared moments in the Park, it's been incredible to see so many people come together to celebrate the cultures that make Houston so vibrant. 💚

Start your morning with Yoga in the Park, led by Black Swan Yoga Houston - White Oak. This free session takes place in the Commons at the Tsuru Family Terrace (the wood deck under the trees) near the lawn—just bring your mat and water. Registration is required to attend this free event!

💪 Saturday, July 18 | 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Keep the energy going with Pilates in the Park, led by Revival Pilates Houston. This outdoor mat class will also be held at the Tsuru Family Terrace in the Commons. Don’t forget your mat and water! Free, but sign-up is required.

One last weekend to kick it! ⚽🌳 Join us for the final weekend of Kicking It at Hermann Park, presented by ExxonMobil, and celebrate with FREE activities, live entertainment, family-friendly fun, and outdoor experiences all weekend long.

Friday kicks off 713 Weekend with Carousel Karaoke, Soccer for Success with Houston Parks - HPARD, and live DJ sets by DJ Hiram to get the weekend started. 🎶

Saturday begins with a peaceful sound bath, Zumba by Tiny Fitness, and gardening tips from Harris County Master Gardeners. Then, enjoy an evening with Goya giveaways, eco art, music by DJ Hiram, and Moonlight Movie Nights, presented by Goya Foods, featuring "A Bug's Life". 🎬

Sunday wraps up the series with printmaking hosted by the Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston, Soccer for Success open play, and live music from the Bayou City Jazz Band—the perfect finale to a great summer in Hermann Park. 💚
