Tall ceilings are great until a room starts echoing and feeling cold. so we went heavy on texture: brick on every column, oak beams, rattan, layered rugs, and a lot of pillows. Then we brought the light down to people level with sconces on the columns and glass pendants over the bar, so it feels warm at night and not just in the daytime. Now it’s the spot residents actually hang out in instead of walking straight through.

A small space, but one of our favorites! It’s the details that elevate it: a textured wallcovering and warm under-shelf lighting that make it glow. storage that works hard and still looks pretty.

Not sure if we want to talk about the lighting first or that bold geometric tile and stunning teal banquette… this project had so many details that we can’t pick a favorite😮‍💨
