I got tired of autism parents having to search 100 different places just to find ONE answer.
So I’m building the resource I wish someone handed me from day one.
Introducing the Autism Resource Hub ✨
One organized, constantly updated place for families to find:
• Autism grants + financial assistance
• State-by-state benefits + respite resources
• Doctors, NPs, SLPs, OTs + other providers
• Labs + testing resources
• New autism research explained simply
• Sensory-friendly places + activities
• Special needs businesses + products
• Remote job opportunities for parents
• Supplements + resources
• Gluten-free + dairy-free recipes
• Juicing + smoothie recipes
• Autism news + important updates
• And MORE.
And this won’t be one of those resource lists somebody made in 2019 and never touched again. 😭
The Hub will be updated WEEKLY.
Because finding help for your child shouldn’t feel like having a second full-time job.
We’re putting the resources in ONE place.
Comment HUB if you want access when it drops. 👇🏽

Did you know vitamin deficiencies can be one of the missing pieces behind speech delays?
As a functional practitioner would explain it, speech isn’t just about the mouth, it’s about the brain. And the brain needs the right nutrients to build connections, make neurotransmitters, and produce energy.
When kids are low in key vitamins and minerals, you may be supporting speech therapy… but missing the nutritional foundation.
Some of the biggest nutrients I look at include:
✨ Folinic Acid – Supports healthy brain development and folate-dependent pathways.
✨ Vitamin B12 – Helps support nerve function and neurotransmitter production.
✨ Choline – An important building block for memory, learning, and brain development.
✨ Magnesium – Supports nervous system function and helps regulate hundreds of enzymatic processes.
✨ Zinc & Trace Minerals – Play important roles in brain function, immune health, and normal growth.
Many children with speech delays are also picky eaters, have gut issues, or have restricted diets, making nutrient gaps even more common.

Why was this almost me yesterday! These two kids were looking at Mali weird because he was stimming in public. I saw them when they first walked in, cool that’s fine. You can look as long as you don’t harm in any way.
The bigger boy pulled out a quishy toy, the big silicone looking one. so naturally Mali runs towards him because it’s big and lights up. Bro, the look of disgust on the little boy’s face broke my heart. My sister got to Mali before Mali could really try to get the toy. It’s very easy to redirect him so he just ran away.
The little boy then turns around with a smirk on his face. Then started giggling with his little sister. That wasn’t enough he walked to towards his mom who was at the window handling some business so the oldest sister told him to go sit back down, he was tying to get the mom’s attention and holding up the toy (he was speaking Spanish so I couldn’t get everything he was saying” so I figured right then he was about to complain about Mali trying to get the toy. So I yelled “He’s AUTISTIC HE DIDNT MEAN TO TAKE YOUR TOY!
They all looked at me shocked, like they were surprised I even said anything. So I said it again. Louder this time!
See me, I don’t have a problem with eye contact, I’ll look right into your soul.
The oldest sister told him to sit down again, a few seconds after that the nurse came and gave me what I needed, so we were able to leave. It’s always crazy to me how “uncomfortable” autistic kids seem to make some people.
