In the midst of a suit against my clients for $150 million, lawyers for the other side accused us of lying about when we mailed them documents. The next time we mailed them docs, we filmed and sent them this.

A much deserved congratulations to our outstanding associate Anna Phillips on passing the Texas Bar today. In a short time Anna has shown awesome judgment and excellent drafting skills and has been a pleasure to work with. Congrats as well to her special man friend, Sheldon Wayne, for also making the cut. We recently defeated an opponent's fourth attempt at summary judgment in a single case against our client. Back to the drawing board (again), fellas.

It's been a long time coming, but justice has been served: a few years ago, we won a nearly $1 million judgment for our client, a distributer of large oilfield equipment, in Federal Court in Houston against a very ineffective manufacturer. The defendant appealed and we briefed and argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. After a year and a half on appeal, yesterday the Fifth Circuit affirmed the trial court's decision. We are thrilled that our client may finally realize some benefit from our hard work, and some remuneration for the injustices it suffered. Big ups to lead counsel Adam Pogach, and to the rest of our team!!
