This full-time role will lead daily operations, coordinate teams and resources, support client relationships, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

✅ 5+ years of operations management experience
✅ NDT or related industry experience preferred
✅ Strong understanding of NDT methods and practices
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
