Made with Mexican wh***ey, Mexican amaro, salt and Sangría Señorial, then served with a side of spiced nuts. It’s an easy-drinking highball with a few more tricks up its sleeve.

Meet "Corazon de Melon" !

Inspired by the agua de melón Aurora grew up drinking at the Tampico Refresqueria in her neighborhood, this one brings a little nostalgia to the Bar Buena bar. Mexican rum, charanda, fresh melon cordial and lime come together for something bright, refreshing and made for the Texas sun.

Aurora’s take on a childhood favorite. Salud.

We’re back with another Meet the Maker tasting on Wednesday, September 30! Join us from 1–2:30pm for a private tasting with Don Fulano Brand Ambassador and agave spirits expert Víctor Castanedo.

With 12 years of experience in the agave spirits industry, Víctor has worked closely with mezcal producers in Oaxaca, small agave-spirit producers in Jalisco and tequila producers throughout Mexico. Víctor will lead guests through the full range of Don Fulano tequilas and share what makes each expression so special and unique.

Hector created Pantera in honor of his late jiu-jitsu coach, taking inspiration from a drink his coach used to make at home and putting his own spin on it with passion fruit, guanábana, morita chile and ginger foam.
