October is Child Safety Month, and it’s a good time to make sure your window treatments are working for everyone in the home, especially the youngest members of the family.
For homes with children, a few options worth considering include:
👶 Cordless shades — a clean, simple option with no accessible operating cords
📱 Motorized shades — convenient control without loose cords
🪟 Shutters — durable, easy to operate, and naturally cord-free
🌙 Room-darkening cordless shades — especially useful for nurseries and bedrooms
🏡 Custom-fit treatments — professionally measured and installed for the best fit and function
If you’re updating a nursery, playroom, or family space, our team can help you find an option that works for your home without compromising on design.

Sometimes you just need to see it in person.
Our showroom is where you can open the shades, feel the fabrics, compare colors, test the automation, and actually see what you’re choosing before it goes into your home.
Come by and take a look. We’ll help with the rest.
