Came out of retirement and did a strawberry crunch cheesecake cake for a young lady's birthday today.

Inside is vanilla cake-cheesecake-strawberry whipped cream frosting-fresh strawberrires-another layer of vanilla cake, topped with strawberry whipped cream frosting, covered in strawberry crunch (dehydrated strawberries and Golden Oreos) and garnished with glazed strawberries, strawberry wafers, and mini Golden Oreos.

Hi Q-Tea-Pies. I know I don't post much here anymore. But, some wonderful things have been happening. Yours truly, Chef Shiane, got accepted into grad school and I should be completing my Masters around August 2027. How dope is that? It's been a long time coming.

Being a servant of the people has always been my purpose and with my Executive Masters of Hospitality Management degree in hand, I really do feel I will be able to conquer the world.
