Expert Staffing is currently seeking a Structural or Architectural Drafter with 1-3 years of experience for their client in Baytown Texas.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Prior working experience using AutoCad software or be AutoCad certified

Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with engineering concepts, practices and terminology

Ability to work with a multi-cultural, diverse population

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Excellent work ethic

Job Duties will include:

Revising drawings and diagrams as needed.

Participating in discussions with customers regarding technical issues, as needed.

Performing all allotted drafting functions for projects.

Working with the Project Coordinator to provide the best drawing layouts for projects and provide those drawings within the scheduled time allowed

The Inside Salesperson will be initially focused on placing outgoing telemarketing calls to help establish and maintain new and existing customers.


The person hired will also be responsible for maintaining call reports done electronically.


Applicant must be a self-starter and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate
will have working knowledge of industrial and / or construction material and will be able to communicate well with employees and customers. Any prior experience working in the industrial or construction industry is definitely a plus.
