Arden Defense

Apparently everyone bought a suppressor.

Cool.

Now come learn how to actually run the r***e it’s attached to.

Abbie and I will be out at the Rainier Arms Outdoor Range September 27 teaching Foundations of Defensive Carbine.

Bring your carbine. Bring your suppressor. Bring ammo.

Leave the excuses at home.

See you on the range.
— Gunny

So you bought the suppressor. Now what?

With so many new suppressors heading out the door, it’s time to do more than just take it to the range and put a few rounds through it.

Bring your suppressed carbine to Foundations of Defensive Carbine on September 27 and spend the day actually training with your setup.

We’ll work through carbine fundamentals, presentations, reloads, multiple-target engagements, movement, speed and precision, and practical weapon manipulation.

Suppressed or unsuppressed — bring the carbine you actually want to learn to run.

The emergency doesn’t start when EMS arrives. It starts with you.

When someone is seriously injured, the first few minutes matter—and knowing what to do can make all the difference.

Arden Defense’s First Responder Series is built to give everyday people practical, hands-on skills for those critical moments before professional help arrives.

🩹 First Responder I: IFAK & Emergency Medical Essentials
📅 August 19
Learn what belongs in an IFAK, why it matters, and how to organize and use lifesaving equipment when seconds count.

🩸 First Responder II: Bleeding Control
📅 September 5
Take the next step with hands-on training focused on identifying and controlling life-threatening bleeding.

You don’t have to be a first responder to be the first person there.

Parents. Concealed carriers. Hunters. Church safety teams. Range members. Everyday citizens.

Be ready before help arrives.

ARDEN DEFENSE | Prepared with Purpose.

The fi***rm is only part of the equation.

The hardest decisions you'll ever make happen before you press the trigger... and immediately after.

Can you recognize a threat before it becomes a crisis?
Do you know when you should disengage?
Would you be able to clearly articulate your actions to responding officers?

These are the questions we explore in Defensive Judgment: Awareness to Aftermath.

This isn't about becoming a better shooter—it's about becoming a more prepared, more responsible armed citizen.

Range safety tip: Always know your surroundings… and prepare yourself for the inevitable Gunny tangent.

It may start with a fi***rm.
It may end with leadership, life lessons, and a story from 1998 that somehow proves his point.

You may not understand the journey.
But you’ll understand the lesson.

Because not paying attention is… ungood. 😂
