When child care centers partner with us, they gain tools to run stronger, more sustainable businesses. We offer coaching for teachers and business coaching for providers, helping them with challenges like cash flow, marketing, customer satisfaction, and growth. By supporting these small businesses, we build a more stable early education network for children and families.

Collaborative for Children ensures every Collab Kid in our Centers of Excellence meets Texas pre-K guidelines for social-emotional skills by following rules and routines with adult support. Watch as this Center of Excellence teacher demonstrates a task, and these Collab Kids follow her instructions as directed! Independently and confidently!

Here’s a neuroscience-backed parenting tip: Celebrate your child’s great choices by sharing the joy with their stuffed animals! This activates their brain's reward systems and boosts intrinsic motivation, helping them view compliments as a true reflection of themselves. It's a fun and effective way to encourage growth!
