Victory Transportation Systems

We want to give a shout out to Victory owner operator Steven! He noticed a fellow Victory driver needed a helping hand and stepped up without hesitation.

Steven made sure his teammate was okay, helped make sure the load was delivered, and then went back to give him a ride home.

It’s moments like this that show what the Victory Way is all about: looking out for one another, giving back, and stepping up when someone needs you.

Thank you, Steven, for being someone your teammates can count on and for showing us what it means to go the extra mile.

Meet Jon! He has been part of the Victory team for 12 years!

Before sales, Jon spent 20 years in homebuilding and construction, where he learned how to be a self-starter and understand that if something needs to get done, you have to be willing to make it happen.

Jon told us that building trust is always about being honest.

“People see through the BS. Sometimes the truth is a hard one, but they respect you for being candid with them.”

Thank you, Jon, for 12 years of building relationships, earning trust, and always going the extra mile for our customers!

Our drivers are truly a team of Ideal Team Players!

Rudy is one of our amazing driver trainers, and we’re so glad to have him on our team.

Rudy is kind, compassionate, and understanding, all qualities that make him a great driver trainer and leader.

He understands the importance of safety and why it is at the heart of everything we do at Victory. Rudy told us:

“What a lot of people don’t understand is that safety starts with us. I’m always in my PPE because you just never know what could happen.”

Rudy knows that setting a good example is an important part of being a leader, especially when it comes to safety.

Thank you, Rudy, for being a strong leader and for showing others what it means to put safety first!

Meet Maria!

Maria, our Senior Controller, brings more than 20 years of experience in the trucking and transportation industry to the Victory team!

For Maria, a strong team starts with how we treat one another:.

“When people feel supported, respected, valued, and heard, they’re more willing to work together and help each other succeed.”

That team-first mindset is exactly what we strive for at Victory.

Maria, thank you, for being a wonderful team player and for everything you bring to the Victory team!

We Inspect What We Expect!

Our drivers are always ready for an inspection, and we’re confident in the work they do, which is why we reward our drivers for clean DOT inspections!

DOT inspections play an important role in keeping our drivers, our communities, and everyone on the road safe. Different levels of DOT inspections focus on different areas, from paperwork and driver credentials to logs, equipment, and under-vehicle inspections.

We’re always proud to recognize our drivers who earn clean DOT inspections! It shows the time and effort they put into inspecting their equipment, staying prepared, and doing things the right way.

Thank you to our drivers for continuing to put safety first and helping keep our roads safe!

We Give Back!

Meet Tammy Wood, our Victory Transportation Controller!

Tammy has been part of the Victory Transportation Systems team for 7 years, and one of the ways she lives the Victory Way is by giving back to her community.

Tammy serves as the Camp Controller at Covenant with Christ, where she helps prepare taxes during tax season, and she volunteers with Heaven's Army where she teaches canning classes to women in recovery.

Tammy is a great example of how even small acts of service can make a big difference.

Thank you, Tammy, for representing the Victory Way!

Have you ever seen what goes on behind the scenes of an oversized load move?

It’s truly a team effort. From our dispatchers contacting police officers to our drivers going through extensive safety training, everyone is working together to keep our roads safe.

Thank you to our heavy haul drivers, Reginald and Carroll, for all your hard work, commitment to safety, and for always going the extra mile!

Our drivers work hard every day, we wanted to take some extra time to thank them for their dedication!

We appreciate everything drivers do for our nation, from delivering our food and everyday essentials to helping keep businesses moving.

To all our Victory drivers, thank you! Without you, we would not be where we are today. We hope every driver had a wonderful Driver Appreciation Week and know how much they are needed.

Safety doesn't start behind the wheel. It starts before you even get in the truck.

Our Equipment Services Manager, Chris, works closely with our drivers to ensure every truck is safe and road ready. All of our drivers complete quarterly vehicle inspections to help protect our team members, the motoring public, customers, and the communities we serve.

Chris inspects everything from tires, brakes, lights, and horns to each driver's required PPE. While these checks may seem small, they play a big role in keeping everyone safe on the road.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. Just as our drivers take the time to inspect their equipment, we encourage everyone to regularly check their own vehicles. Together, we all play a part in making our roads safer.

Meet Sheila!

Sheila is kind, outgoing, and incredibly optimistic. She's almost always wearing a smile, and you can tell she truly loves what she does.

Sheila’s favorite part about being a driver is:

“The freedom. I love being able to make my own schedule, and I get to meet so many different people. Every day is something new and different."

Sheila reminds us that enjoying what you do makes all the difference.

Thank you, Sheila, for making Victory a great place to work and for showing us what it means to Have Fun!
