Demo is where the transformation begins! Existing concrete is removed, the site is cleared, and the conditions underneath are exposed so the next phase can be done properly.

There is a lot that goes into creating a finished concrete surface that looks clean, intentional and built to last. It starts with preparing the existing site for everything that comes next.

From there, the project moves into grading, forming and reinforcement before we even get the concrete on site.

The finished surface gets all the attention, but the work that happens before it is what sets the stage for everything that follows.
