Four-ingredient Strawberry Swirl Fudge is creamy, pretty, and surprisingly easy to make 🍓
Easy Strawberry Marble Fudge
A sweet, simple treat that’s perfect for sharing.

Ingredients 🥣
• 3 cups (510 g) white chocolate chips
• 1 can, 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
• ⅓ cup (110 g) strawberry preserves
• ¼ tsp (1.5 g) fine salt

Directions:
1. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt to a heatproof bowl.
2. Set the bowl over gently simmering water and stir until completely smooth and glossy. Split the mixture evenly between two bowls.
💡 Keep the water at a gentle simmer; overheating can make the chocolate seize or turn grainy.
3. Stir the strawberry preserves into one half until evenly pink. Pour the plain mixture into a parchment-lined 8 x 4-inch (20 x 10 cm) loaf pan, then spoon the strawberry mixture on top.
4. Drag a skewer through the layers in slow loops to make swirls, without overmixing. Chill until firm, about 3 hours, then lift out and cut into squares.

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Chill: 3 hrs | Total: 3 hrs 25 mins
