One of the biggest myths about menopause...👇

Many women believe menopause begins when their periods end.
The truth is, symptoms can start YEARS before that happens.

That’s why so many women are caught off guard.
If you’ve been wondering why you’re suddenly feeling different, understanding the stage of menopause you’re in can help connect the dots and guide you toward the right strategies for managing your symptoms.

✨ The more you understand your body, the more confident you’ll feel navigating this season of life.

Think you have to spend hours in the gym to see results during menopause? Think again. 💪✨

As estrogen levels change, your body responds differently to exercise. The goal isn’t to do more—it’s to move smarter.

Here are 3 ways to get moving during menopause:
🏋️ 1. Lift Weights
Strength training helps preserve muscle, supports your metabolism, strengthens your bones, and can help improve body composition. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself!

🔥 2. Keep Cardio Short & Intense
Aim for 30–45 minutes of higher-intensity cardio a few times a week. It can help improve cardiovascular health and support your body as you work toward reducing stubborn belly fat.

🚶‍♀️ 3. Make Movement Part of Your Day
Every step counts! Park farther away, take the stairs, garden, clean the house, walk while talking on the phone, or take a quick stroll after meals. Those small movements add up in a big way.

🧘 BONUS: Don’t Skip Recovery
Recovery is just as important as your workouts. Schedule at least one rest day each week and make time for yoga, stretching, or mobility work to keep your body strong, flexible, and injury-free.

💬 Which of these do you need to work on the most?
1️⃣ Weightlifting
2️⃣ Cardio
3️⃣ Daily Movement
4️⃣ Recovery

Everyone tells women to “push through.”

Menopause often asks you to do the exact opposite.

✨ Rest isn’t giving up.
✨ Rest is hormone support.
✨ Rest is healing.
What’s one thing you’re giving yourself permission to rest from today?

👇 Finish this sentence:

Today, I’m resting from ________.
