Through our ongoing partnership with Suvida Healthcare, we've helped create a consistent clinic experience across 18 locations throughout Texas and Arizona while tailoring each space to the unique needs of its community. From Interior Architecture, Furniture Services and Brand Experience to Signage and Wayfinding, every detail was designed to support compassionate care, meaningful connections, and accessible resources close to home.

Our partnership with McDermott has spanned multiple phases of workplace transformation, from consolidating 1,200 employees into a new Houston headquarters to creating executive level environments and renovating existing office space to support the company's next chapter.

Across each project, the goal remained the same: create spaces that reflect McDermott’s brand, facilitate collaboration, and enhance the employee experience. Inspired by the company’s offshore fleet and industrial expertise, each workplace balances functionality and flexibility while adapting to changing business needs.

Together, these projects showcase how thoughtful design can evolve alongside an organization, creating environments built for connection, growth, and the future of work.

As organizations grow, their workplace needs evolve.

For this national financial services client's Houston office, we reimagined a traditional office filled with private offices into a brighter, more connected environment. Open workstations, flexible collaboration spaces, and an expanded employee hub create more opportunities for teams to come together while bringing natural light deeper into the workplace.

Every design decision was made with people in mind; creating a workplace that supports the client's continued growth while reflecting how their teams work today and where they're headed next.

A few of our retail and hospitality projects throughout Houston, Tulsa and Nashville. From restaurants and retail concepts to experience-driven environments, each space is designed around how people move, gather, shop, and connect within it.

We're looking for a Mid Level Experiential Graphic Designer to help create environments where branding, storytelling, signage, and wayfinding come together to shape meaningful experiences. If you're passionate about turning ideas into places people remember, we'd love to meet you.

At Inventure, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team that believes great design starts with people, values curiosity, and encourages every voice at the table. This position is full time and based in our Houston office.

Designed to support growth, McGrath & Co.'s new workplace in Houston highlights collaboration and flexibility with a focus on an integrated brand identity system. Featuring a bright, open reception area and centrally located breakroom, the renovation also includes meeting spaces, private offices, and training areas.

The McGrath brand was thoughtfully integrated throughout the workplace to create a welcoming experience that reflects the company's culture. Meticulous space planning, flexible work settings, and clear visual connections are integral in creating a space that supports the way McGrath & Co. works today while providing room to grow tomorrow.
