It's official: yesterday, we broke ground on the land that will be Bethel on Burkhart!!! ✨🍾 🎉
Thank you to our incredible team; our builder, Norfolk Homes, and our partner Lake Trust Credit Union for making this project possible for the people of Livingston County. We believe everyone should have access to housing they can afford, and these four new homes are propelling that mission forward.

Earlier this week, Amy, our Senior Director of Housing, had the absolute pleasure of speaking with members of the Brighton Optimist Club about our mission and current housing projects!
Sharing our "why" with the community helps our neighbors understand and recognize the very real need for attainable housing, but it also allows us to form meaningful connections with fellow Livingston County residents who are also doing good work. 🧡
