✨ WE’RE HIRING | DAY OF WEDDING VENUE COORDINATOR ✨

Cross W Ranch Weddings is looking for a Day of Venue Coordinator to join our team during our main wedding season, September through mid November, Saturday’s only!

Our coordinator plays an important role in making sure each wedding day runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and feels seamless for our couples and their guests.

Responsibilities include:
🤍 Running the ceremony and cueing the bridal party down the aisle
🤍 Keeping the evening on track according to the couple’s timeline
🤍 Assisting vendors throughout the wedding day
🤍 Helping with various day of tasks as needed
🤍 Anticipating needs and taking initiative when necessary
🤍 Being a welcoming, helpful presence for our couples and their guests
🤍 Overall making sure the day runs smoothly from start to finish

Wedding days are fast paced and every day is something new, so we’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Personable and friendly
✨ Comfortable multitasking
✨ Calm under pressure
✨ Confident taking initiative
✨ Comfortable working in a fast paced wedding environment
