Challenger Elementary PTO

Only the Eagles & Lions have physical candy donations so far, and the Lions are leading!

From now until 10/15 we are collecting candy for our trunk or treat so don’t forget to send in your donations. We have a few Venmo donations so that is also an option ().

Thank you for helping to support this event!

It’s national custodian day! If you see Miss Rose or Miss Kandis today be sure to let them know how much they’re appreciated for keeping our school clean & safe! 🧹

For almost 20 years, the Christmas Elf Program has worked to help families in our community provide a magical Christmas for their children. Through partnerships with Brighton and Howell schools and LESA, they support children and families who are in need during the holiday season. Last year they provided gifts for 409 children!

This year, they are hoping to increase the number of children that they can sponsor by connecting with individuals, families, or groups who may be interested in becoming an anonymous sponsor for a child at Christmas.

See information below if you’d like to help!

We can’t wait! ☕️

Heya. You. Yes you. On the 8th we’re hosting CHALLENGER! You know the drill! 1$ from every full priced drink will be donated! 🧡💚💛

Outdoor lunch today as a reward for meeting our goal for mum sales! Thanks to everyone who supported this fundraiser. It was a great day to eat alfresco! 🍕

Candy donations for Trunk or Treat have started to come in!

From now until 10/15 send in candy with your student to deposit into their house box in the vestibule. The house with the most donations by Trunk or Treat will get extra house points.

Thanks in advance for your help to make Trunk or Treat a success!

🌼💚 Calling all Challenger kindergarten girls and families! 💚🌼

Get ready for friendship, fun, adventure, and a little Girl Scout magic! ✨ A brand-new Kindergarten Girl Scout Troop is forming for girls at Challenger Elementary, and we would love to welcome your family.

Join us for our first meeting on October 7 at 4:30 PM in the Challenger Elementary Art Room. Kindergarten girls and their parent or guardian are warmly invited to come meet the leaders, make new friends, ask questions, and discover all the exciting things Girl Scouts has to offer! 🌟

No registration is needed ahead of time—just come as you are, say hello, and see whether Girl Scouts feels like the right fit for your family. We can’t wait to welcome you!

🌼 Troop Leader: Mac Boven-Smith

Today is Qdoba day! 🌮 🤤

As a reward for meeting our second goal for the mum sale, here comes Wacky Wednesday this week, 09/23! And it is combined with hat day since we did not have school on the originally planned hay day. Let’s see those wacky outfits!

The mums are here & ready for pick up! 12-3pm or 4-530pm. And thanks to our awesome volunteers (sorry to those not pictured!) for helping unload, sort, & deliver! 🎃
