🐾 GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE! 🐾

We have a few important updates regarding our software!

We’ve run into some issues with the GINGR app, and we’re so sorry for any frustration or confusion this may have caused! ❤️

For the time being, if you’re visiting Pawgrounds to purchase a Day Pass, you can simply walk in and we’ll take care of you! No need to worry about booking through the app. Our Day Passes are available everyday during business hours!

If you’re not registered with us yet, just bring your pup’s vaccination records with you. We require proof of:
🐶 Rabies
🐶 DHLPP/DA2PP (Distemper)
🐶 Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Doggy Daycare is available Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM. The app was allowing weekend bookings, but please note that we unfortunately do not offer Doggy Daycare on Saturdays or Sundays.

Thank you SO much for your patience and understanding as we work on rolling out a new system! We appreciate you all! 🐾💛
