Jeff was at a hockey game in Boston with his kids when he noticed something he could not unsee.

The crowd was not very diverse. And the reason was not complicated. Tickets to live games and concerts cost more than most families can justify, which quietly decides who gets to be in the room.

So he decided to do something about it. Equitable Events is a nonprofit where kids who cannot afford to attend can apply for a chance to win tickets to games, concerts, and live events, awarded at random so every applicant has a fair shot.

When Jeff came to us, that was all there was. A conviction and a concept. No brand, no platform, no blueprint.

We started with the logo, because everything else would be built on top of it. We took the two E's, one from Equitable and one from Events, and brought them together until the space between them formed an equal sign. Equality, built into the mark, out of the organization's own initials.

Then we built the platform. A business requirements document first, so we knew exactly how it needed to work before anything was designed. Then UI and UX for every screen. Then development. Then testing on our side, and testing alongside Jeff's team until they could sign off with confidence.

Finally, a custom WordPress site so donors and parents have somewhere to learn about the mission and support it directly.

Projects like this are why we do this work. Some briefs are about growing a business. This one is about who gets to be in the building.

A new CPA firm should look established on day one. That was the brief behind our latest project: Litchfield, Vo & Associates LLC.

Larry and Chi spent a long career in accounting before starting their own practice, and they came to us with a simple ask. They wanted one partner for both the logo and the website, so the brand felt consistent everywhere, and they wanted it to look simple, sophisticated, and unmistakably professional.

For a CPA firm, trust is the product. So we built a logo that earns it. Inside the LVA letters we hid three things: an x and y axis, an upward arrow, and a pen. Growth, performance, and the careful documentation at the heart of the profession, all in one restrained mark that reads clean at a glance.

From there we designed and built the website on WordPress with Elementor, structured around the pages a growing firm actually needs, including a dedicated Lexington, Massachusetts page to anchor the practice locally.

The best part is what Larry and Chi told us afterward: the firm has already started receiving new contacts and customers through the site.

Some projects are about design. Others are about legacy.

THEAM Conveyors has been innovating mixer-mounted conveyor systems since 1978. When they came to us, they were not looking for just a new logo or just a new website. They wanted a brand that respected their history while confidently moving them forward.

We created a logo that carries meaning. The icon represents the top view of a mixer truck, forms the letter “A” in THEAM, and reflects the 310 degree rotation capability of their conveyor system. Every detail connects back to the product and the story behind the name.

For the website, everything was custom. Designed in Figma, refined through collaboration, brought to life with original on-site photography and a brand video. No templates. No stock content. Just a digital experience built around who they truly are.

After multiple unfinished attempts with other agencies, this time the project was completed. And most importantly, they love it.
