Comment PROTOCOLS ⤵️ (last day, closes tonight at 11:59pm)
1.5 years of selling them.
Years of building them before that.
Tonight’s the last night to grab them as they are.
Comment PROTOCOLS before they’re gone.

Comment FINAL👇🏽(closes tonight at 11:59pm)
Don’t read this if:
• your post-op patients always finish their plan of care
• you already know exactly what to test at every phase
• you never have to guess when to progress
Otherwise… comment FINAL before they’re gone.

Comment PROTOCOLS 👇 (on sale through tomorrow, 9/30 at 11:59pm)
“Non-compliant” usually means they couldn’t see the finish line.
Test at every phase.
Criteria over calendar.

Comment PROTOCOLS👇🏽last call… gone 9/30 at 11:59pm
4,406 ACL visits.
5 things most clinics won’t do.
And honestly? I’d do all 5 again tomorrow 😂
Every one of them came from the same place, notes I wrote for my own clinic so no patient got a guess.
783 clinicians use them now.
After Wednesday night, the $97 version is gone for good. What’s next is bigger — but you’ll have to wait for it.

New grads aren’t lacking information.
You’ve spent years learning anatomy, pathology, exercise prescription, and rehab.
But there’s a BIG difference between learning those things and being responsible for taking an athlete from surgery → return to sport.
Most clinical rotations only give you a glimpse of that process.
Then you graduate and suddenly you’re expected to know:
- When should I progress them?
- What should I prioritize?
- Are they ready to run? Jump? Cut?
- What am I looking for before moving to the next phase?
And too often, the protocol you’re given only tells you what week they’re in.
That’s exactly why I created our Post-Op Rehab Protocols.
Not to tell you exactly what to do with every patient.
But to give you a roadmap… goals for each phase, exercise options, and criteria to help guide progression…
so you can start understanding the WHY behind your decisions.
Because confidence doesn’t come from memorizing a protocol.
It comes from knowing what you’re looking for and what needs to happen next.
My goal is to help you become the clinician athletes trust, patients request, and other clinicians look to for help.
The Post-Op Rehab Protocols are available through 9/30/26.
After that, they’re coming off the market.
Comment “PROTOCOLS” and I’ll send you the details.

If you want access to our full post-op protocol library, comment “PROTOCOLS” below.
Most post-op protocols tell you what week the patient is in.
But they don’t always tell you if the patient is actually ready.
That’s the problem.
Physician protocols are usually written to protect the repair.
And they should be.
But once the tissue is protected, rehab still needs a plan for:
- ROM
- strength
- swelling
- control
- confidence
- loading
- running
- cutting
- return to sport
That’s where criteria-based progression matters.
The goal isn’t to rush patients.
The goal is to stop guessing.
We use phase-based post-op protocols in clinic to help guide progression after ACL reconstruction, RTC repair, Achilles repair, Labral repair, Meniscectomy, and more.
They’re built to help clinicians know what to protect, what to test, and when to progress.

11 years. 4,146+ ACL visits at our clinic in the last 5 years.
41 post-op patients on my schedule THIS week.
The single biggest change I’ve made in a decade of practice wasn’t a new exercise. It was deciding to stop clearing on time and start clearing on criteria.
