We are looking for vendors for our Fall Fun Show!!!! 🎃🍁 Have a business you would like to promote? Come on out and set up shop! 🛍️

Today, someone ran over and killed our large male duck on the farm.

Yes, he may have been in the road. But he was a LARGE duck. If you hit a large rock in the road, you know you hit something. Someone should have seen him—or at the very least felt that they hit him. Instead, someone else had to come find us and tell us what had happened.

As a business owner, I am furious and heartbroken over the lack of respect some people show when driving on our property.

And no, I don’t believe the answer is that I should have to cage our ducks. This is a FARM. There are horses, dogs, cats, ducks, children, riders, employees and families here every single day. If you are visiting our property, it is YOUR responsibility to pay attention.

Get off your phone. Slow down. Look around.

There is absolutely no reason to speed down a farm driveway or road. Whatever you are rushing to can wait another 30 seconds.

Please respect our property and the animals that call it home.

DRIVE SLOW. PAY ATTENTION.
An animal’s life—and potentially a person’s—depends on it.
