We are pleased to share an update on our recent accomplishments within the community as part of the FYE 2026 Impact Highlights from Enable.

Thanks to your generous donations, Enable Madison County is able to offer vital services to residents, including wheelchair ramp installations, fall prevention support, weatherization assistance, delivery services, and various programs. These efforts play a crucial role in helping residents in Madison County maintain their safety and independence in their homes.

The Enable Garden is buzzing with activity this month!

Our butternut squash is looking gorgeous, and we’re excited to be growing peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggplants right now.

Plus, we’re getting ready for our winter planting! It’s a great time to be in the garden!

Enable Madison County’s Garden grows and provides fresh, healthy veggies during the growing season for those who struggle with food insecurity or have a hard time getting good produce. Volunteers plant, take care of, harvest, and deliver the veggies right to clients’ homes.

This program helps promote better health, builds connections within the community, and brings back dignity by making sure everyone has reliable access to nutritious vegetables.
