Fellow Members,

Our next In-Between Meeting is coming up on Tuesday, August 4, at 6:00 PM at the Bailey Cove Library in our usual room.

At our last gathering, nine members turned out — and the conversation flowed freely all evening. No agenda, no presentations, just good company and great stories. It was exactly what these meetings are meant to be, and we hope you will come join us.

A few things to keep in mind:
Time and Location: Tuesday, August 4, 6:00 PM — Bailey Cove Library, usual room
Refreshments: No snacks or drinks will be provided, so feel free to bring your own
Door Prizes: None — the fellowship is the prize
Format: No set agenda, no scheduled presentations
Discussion: Completely open — talk about whatever is on your mind

This is not a replacement for our regular monthly meeting on August 18. The In-Between Meeting is simply an opportunity for open, unstructured conversation — a chance to swap stories, share knowledge, and enjoy the company of fellow collectors without the formality of a scheduled program. If you enjoy good conversation, this is the place to be.

Tonight the Madison County Coin Club had a very informative meeting on the coins that will be released to celebrate America’s 250 years. The presentation and the refreshments were fantastic.

Voluneteers Needed for the
HUNTSPLEX Stamp, Postcard & Coin Show June 6 & 7

The MCCC will have a table at the show to promote the Club to attendees. We need two MCCC members staffing our table at all times during the show, Saturday, June 6, 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday, June 7, 10:00am-3:00pm. Staffing slots are one hour long (doing two adjoining slots works nicely, BTW).
You will need to arrive a few minutes early to be ready to take over from the prior team staffing the table. For more information, please can contact Wayne K..
Our Next In-Between Meeting is
Wednesday June 17
Our next "in-between" meeting will be held at 5:30 PM Wednesday June 17 at the Bailey Cove Library in our usual room. Last time we had 7 members and all of us had a great time just swapping stories. So, why not come and join the fun?

Please note the following guidelines for these additional sessions:

1. Time/Location: Hopefully, around the first of the month, 6 PM, at Bailey Cove Library.
2. Refreshments: No snacks or drinks will be provided.
3. Prizes: There will be no door prizes.
4. Format: There is no set agenda or scheduled presentations.
5. Discussion: This is an open forum to discuss any topics you choose.
So please mark Wednesday June 17 on your calendar for our second "Other Meeting."

This is not a replacement for our monthly meeting. The intent here is to provide a venue for open discussion, unencumbered by structure or schedule. Our sincere hope is that this will help foster friendship and fellowship among our members. If you like to talk, swap stories, or listen, this just might be the place for you!
