Rivalries on the field, friends at heart. Huron’s 14U Boys show us all how competition isn’t about the awards.. it’s about pushing each other to grow, having fun, and doing your best while representing where you came from! When one of us wins, we all win 🏆 ❤️⚾️🩶

Watching the Huron Firefighters and Huron Police cheering on the 8U teams playing in their namesake is a reminder that the strongest communities are built by people who invest in their children.
To the men and women of the Huron Fire Department and Huron Police Department, we thank you for protecting our community, supporting our youth, and proving that heroes don’t just wear uniforms… they show up in the stands, too. We couldn’t appreciate you more!
This is what community looks like 🫶🏻⚾️❤️

🔦 SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT 🔦: Abbey Rose Foundation Thank you for your generosity to our community and youth sports 💓
About Abbey Rose Foundation:
The Abbey Rose Foundation helps others in several ways.
Sam and Suzi have committed themselves to help be the bridge that connects others pain to the Lord’s comfort. They are willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish this.
The first and most integral part of the foundation is the sending of the book, “Mommy Please Don’t Cry…There Are No Tears In Heaven” along with a personal written letter to families who have lost a child. Sam & Suzi received this book after Abbey had passed away. They didn’t read the book until Abbey had been gone for almost 5 months but once they did, they wanted everyone to read it. They passed it around to all of their friends and relatives to read. Then they started getting calls asking to send the book to someone they knew who had lost a child. Before they knew it we were sending books all over. To this day they have sent almost 200 books and letters to families. When they hear back from a family who received a book it’s such an incredible feeling to know that they have helped even just a little. Just by word of mouth from friends, they have sent books to families across the United States and Canada. Books have also been sent to the parents of the victims of the Chardon and Sandy Hook shootings.
In a written letter, Sam and Suzi let these families know that God is with them always and to keep their faith strong. That’s the only way to get through such a tragedy.
The Abbey Rose Foundation also donates outfits to The Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. The outfits go to recently deceased children to wear as their families come in to say their final goodbyes. Sadly, this is an ongoing need for the hospital that can only be met with ongoing donations such as these.
The foundation has sponsored anyone who contacts them and would like to become infant and child CPR certified. If you are interested in being certified, please contact us.
Cornerstone of Hope, a center for grieving children, teens, and adults that provides counseling to help deal with the loss of a loved one is a local organization that the Abbey Rose Foundation has worked with. Cornerstone is located in Independence, Ohio. It is a wonderful non-profit organization that has helped many grieving people through their amazing programs and in services.
Through the grace of God, and people like you, the Abbey Rose Foundation will continue to comfort families and provide them hope.
